Learn how to work with your busy life instead of against it
What will my time doing the package look like?
To be able to customise your programming for your individual needs, you will be sent two online forms to complete:
1. A Clarity Analysis form to get to know you better, what your health, fitness and wellbeing are currently like and what goals you would like to achieve.
2. A Fitness & Yoga Coaching form to learn more about your fitness or yoga preferences, any injuries, special considerations and a waiver.
Your coach will be in touch to make sure you receive the links to the forms. Once you've filled them out, you'll be contacted again to schedule your first Zoom call and further discuss your needs for the nutrition and fitness programmes.
After this, allow up to 5 working days for your printable personalised programmes and plans to be created. Your coach will then send them through by email and schedule a time for a follow-up meeting to run through the content and discuss any questions you have.
