Vanilla And Coffee Protein Smoothie
Nothing like the aroma and taste of coffee! This smoothie makes a delicious start to the day or a lush treat (just make sure you don't have it too close to the end of the day or it may affect your sleep quality or quantity due to the caffeine in it!).

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup (60ml) espresso
- 1 2/3 cup (400ml) almond milk
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- Handful of ice
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Serve cold in a glass.
