Guacamole
Guacamole is the perfect plant-based dish to pack a whole lot of goodness into a main meal or snack (huge bonus that it’s delish too!). Super quick to prepare, this chunky guac is a great addition to nachos, or to eat as a snack with corn chips or rice cakes.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large avocado, mashed
- 1/4 small red onion, finely diced
- Handful of cherry tomatoes, diced
- A splash of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot sauce to taste (optional)
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together – easy as that!
TIP: Use reed avocados for the best creamy guacamole.
