Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
Chocolate? Tick! Peanut Butter? Tick! Protein? YES! Best combination ever. Here's a quick and easy smoothie to whip up that tastes delicious and is nourishing for your body.
INGREDIENTS
- 200ml your choice of milk
- 1 medium banana
- 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 large scoop chocolate protein powder (can sub for vanilla protein powder and add a tsp of cocoa or cacao powder)
- 1 wheat biscuit
- Small handful ice cubes
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
