Berry Chia Overnight Oats
This recipe is great for breakfast if you're always short on time in the morning as you can prep it the night before. Also makes a healthy, delish dessert!
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup raw oats
- 1 scoop protein powder (alternatively you can sub for 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt)
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup berries
- Thumb equivalent in slivered almonds
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional)
METHOD
Shake the protein powder and water together until mixed. In a jar or bowl, add the oats, chia seeds and protein mix together. Place in the fridge overnight.
Top with berries, almonds and optional coconut in the morning before serving.
