In need of a healthy snack - something you can easily pop into a lunchbox to eat on the go? Bliss balls are a great option, just remember that this recipe makes six serves which means six snacks. They are very more-ish!

  • 1 cup (120g) almond meal
  • 2 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut or poppy seeds
  • ½ tsp lemon juice (optional)
