1-on-1 SUPPORT – One of our Online Personal Coaches will guide you through the challenge and help personalise it to your goals across nutrition, fitness and wellbeing. You get a comprehensive initial assessment, twice-weekly email check-ins for accountability, assessments and support, and a help creating a followup plan. Limited spaces available.

GROUP SUPPORT – Join the Online Squad and this challenge with group support is included in you membership!

  • Weekly lesson emails with new online interval training workouts and tasks to keep you on track
  • Nutrition guidelines
  • Support community with other like-minded women
